Free shipping
La Réserve offers free standard delivery on orders :
above € 60,00 for Belgium
above € 100,00 for Germany, France, Monaco, Netherlands and U.K.
above € 200,00 for the rest of Europe.
We ship orders only once a week, on Friday.
For Belgium, delivery of your order will often be made as soon as the next Monday.
Deliveries will be made by DPD or bpost (local post service).
DPD or bpost usually operate between 9am to 6pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering. If you are unable to receive the parcel when your delivery is planned by DPD or bpost, it will not be presented a second time at your address. You will have to pick up your parcel at your closest pick-up point (in order to know which is the closest pick-up point, please contact your local post office or DPD branch).
Taxes and duties
All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.Important information
All orders are fully traceable through our website. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers
While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping timeframe
Insurance
La Réserve insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by La Réserve.Shipping costs

Shipping is not possible/permitted to the rest of the World.
